There are several large shops in Gruž (out of old town, near ferry terminal) that sell large items like refrigerators, televisions, cookers which are delivered in a cardboard boxes so you can use these boxes with tape to cut them to your bicycle shape and make a bicycle box.
Check also with your airline if bubble wrap is maybe acceptable.
